A £35 pet charge is payable per stay.

We allow a maximum of 2 small and friendly dogs at Lake View Apartments.
Is it possible to pay at the property?

We do not take payments at Lake View Apartments.

All payments are taken by credit card 14 days before your arrival.
Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we have good quality free Wi-Fi for our guests.
Is there parking?

Yes, we offer free parking.
It is shared between both apartments and is on a '1st come, 1st served' basis.
Street parking is available just a few steps away from Lake View Apartments.
What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation before 14 days of your stay free of charge.

If you decide to cancel within 14 days of your stay, you will be charged the total cost of your reservation.
Are linen and towels provided?

Yes, linen and towels are provided for your stay.
We also include all your cleaning essentials and tea, coffee and sugar.
If you're bring your pooch, bowls, biscuits and poo bags are also provided.
Is the garden private?

The garden is a shared space for guests at Lake View.
We have provided seperate seating areas with chairs and tables for each apartment.
Are there any steps?

There are stairs up to Apartment 1 and then stairs to the loft room.
