Whilst staying with us, please do not:

Smoke on the premises. All rooms and common spaces in our accommodation are strictly non-smoking – you and other guests may only smoke outside of the premises. (Smoking in the property will necessitate a deep clean at a cost of £100)

Bring any pets into the premises, except assistance dogs or dogs that we have expressly agreed. Lake View Apartment 2 welcomes small and friendly dogs to the accommodation (max. 2). A pet charge of £30 per stay will be invoiced to you separately. We do require settlement of this invoice prior to your arrival.

Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment on to the premises.

Tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.

Remove, damage or destroy any of DP Relocations UK Ltd property.

Use the property for any business purposes whatsoever.

Use any technology provided by DP Relocations UK Ltd to download or access any unlawful or obscene material.

Make excessive noise, particularly after 10.30pm and before 7am, especially from TVs and other electronic devices.

Further I understand:

That anti-social behaviour, abusive language or physical abuse of staff, other guests or other residents is not tolerated and will result in our removal from the property and cancellation of our booking with no refund due.

That any damages to the property and contents, accidental or otherwise may be charged. We do not take a damage deposit from our guests. All our accommodations are checked by housekeeping on the agreed day of departure. By agreeing to the terms and conditions at the time of booking you agree to pay for any damage or breakages (including missing items) taken or caused by you or your guests during your stay. You will be notified on the day of check out of any charges incurred.

I confirm that the guests declared on our guest information are the only people that will stay in the property during the booked period of stay. 

By agreeing to the guest information document, I confirm that the property is not being let to host a party, stag or hen do and that all guests will abide by our guest terms and conditions of stay 

Please note:

Failure to return your keys/fobs at the end of your stay incurs a £200 cost as, in the interests of security, DP Relocations UK Ltd will have to replace the corresponding loc
